• Manage and instruct site workers, set schedules, monitor performance and daily progress.
• Conduct site inspections, catch and fix quality/safety issues before they become problems.
• Track material usage, measurements, and progress against drawings, feeding into QS/progress claims.
• Keep accurate records: attendance, site activity, progress photos/reports.
• Work directly with the Project Manager and QS team so site reality matches what's being claimed and planned.
• Cover the Sedenak, Johor site regularly, including multi-day stays there when needed.

What We're Looking For

• Self-motivated, hands-on, doesn't need hand-holding once given a task.
• Comfortable being based in Shah Alam but away from home for stretches while covering Sedenak, Johor.
• CIDB Green Card required (or willingness to obtain one).

Education: SPM / Diploma or equivalent, practical site experience weighted higher than paper qualifications

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• Driving License (Required)
• CIDB Green Card (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
