The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our finance team. In this role, you will manage comprehensive accounting functions, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to the financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage full sets of accounts for assigned entities, including month-end closing processes

· Prepare monthly management reports that deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making

· Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, intercompany reconciliations, and bank reconciliations with precision

· Compile and submit regulatory reports promptly, maintaining strict compliance with MAS and other regulatory standards

· Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns and annual statutory reports, including XBRL filings

· Prepare CMS regulatory reports (advantageous)

· Liaise with internal stakeholders, including overseas offices and corporate secretaries, to resolve accounting matters

· Coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth and timely annual audit processes

· Work closely with banks on remittances and banking matters to ensure seamless financial operations

· Perform ad-hoc tasks and provide administrative support to enhance team efficiency

Required Qualifications:

· Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

· Proven experience managing full sets of accounts, preferably using SAP B1

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting

Experience & Skills:

· Experience with CMS regulatory reporting (preferred)

· Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

· Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure

· Proactive, committed, and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
