The RoleIn this dual-functioning role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency and employee experience. You will manage end-to-end HR functions for our growing team across 15+ branches, while ensuring our central administrative processes run like a well-oiled machine.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full talent acquisition cycle (job postings, screening, interviewing) specifically tailored for fitness club staff, personal trainers, and club managers.
Employee Relations: Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries across all branches; foster a positive, energetic, and compliant workplace culture.
Performance Management: Track employee attendance, leave management, and assist in annual performance review cycles.
Internal HR Process Management: Lead the way in terms of documentation, and process management for internal staff movements and HR matters
Training & Development: Coordinate onboarding schedules and continuous training programs for new club staff.
Supplier and Partner Communication: Liaise regularly with suppliers, contractors, landlords and brand partners via email, phone, and in-person for company business matters. Written and Spoken English must be of a high standard.
Support Club Operations: Assisting all club managers with report compilations, data reports, and operational needs such as member cancellations, membership sales audits, facility upkeep, and centralized control of merchandise and consumables.
Provide General Support: Be the go-to person for our team, offering a wide range of administrative assistance to help our branches and staff succeed.
HR Related Admin: Support the finance team with salary & commission checking, data inputting and sales audits to ensure seamless and accurate payroll each month
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in HR and Admin roles. Experience in retail, hospitality, or the fitness/wellness industry is a major plus.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills: * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Malaysian Employment Act and labor laws.
Experience with payroll software is highly advantageous.
Attributes: * High emotional intelligence with excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
Exceptional organizational skills—capable of juggling tasks for 15+ branches without breaking a sweat.

Competitive Compensation: RM 2,750 – RM 3,750 basic salary (commensurate with experience).
