Oversee daily office administration and operations.
Manage office facilities, assets, equipment, and supplies.
Supervise administrative staff and office support functions.
Coordinate procurement and liaise with vendors and service providers.
Ensure workplace health, safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
Organize meetings, company events, and travel arrangements.
Maintain company licenses, permits, and administrative records.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and statutory requirements.
Prepare HR and administrative reports and support internal/external audits.
Advise management on HR strategies, organizational development, and workforce planning.
Manage departmental budgets and improve HR and administrative processes.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Recruitment efficiency and time-to-hire.
Employee retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
Payroll accuracy and statutory compliance.
Training effectiveness and employee development.
Administrative efficiency, cost control, and operational performance.
