Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in choosing the right Perodua vehicle based on their needs and budget.

• Follow up with customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media.

• Explain vehicle specifications, promotions, financing options, and trade-in processes.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and personal performance goals.

• Prepare booking documents and assist customers throughout the purchasing process.

• Attend company training and team meetings to continuously improve sales skills.

• Deliver excellent customer service before and after the vehicle handover.
