Key Responsibilities

DCS Control Room Operation

• Operate and monitor production processes via Distributed Control System (DCS)

• Monitor key process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rate and react accordingly

• Ensure stable and continuous plant operation

• Detect abnormal process conditions and coordinate with field team for corrective actions

• Record shift logs, operation reports and production data accurately

Field Operation

• Conduct routine plant rounds and field inspections

• Operate production equipment in accordance with SOP

• Perform equipment checks, sampling support and minor adjustments

• Support start-up, shutdown and emergency handling procedures

• Ensure strict compliance with safety rules and operational standards

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Technology, Industrial Chemistry, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Process Operator, Process Technician, DCS Operator, Panel Operator, or Field Operator in a chemical, petrochemical, or manufacturing plant.

• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts (24/7 plant operation).

• Able to work in industrial / chemical plant environment

• Strong safety awareness, discipline, responsibility, and teamwork
