Attic Hiring! Full Time Air Conditioning Technician (Hotel) in Melaka - Ricebowl

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems throughout the hotel.

Carry out preventive maintenance according to the scheduled maintenance plan.

Troubleshoot and rectify faults in HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.

Monitor the performance of air conditioning systems and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.

Maintain records of maintenance work, inspections, and repairs performed.

Ensure all tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean, safe, and organized.

Comply with safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Coordinate with other maintenance team members and hotel departments to minimize disruption to hotel operations.

Assist in other general maintenance duties as assigned by the Engineering Supervisor or Management.

Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in air conditioning maintenance, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.

Knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to work on shifts, weekends, public holidays, and attend to emergency maintenance when required.

Physically fit with good problem-solving skills and a positive work attitude.
