Senior Executive, IT

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, firewalls, and end-user computing devices.

• Provide technical support and ensure high availability of ERP system, bar code systems, and shop floor applications.

• Support and maintain business applications, databases, and system integrations to ensure smooth business operations.

• Ensure IT systems comply with IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, information security policies, and company procedures.

• Manage IT asset life cycle, software licensing, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.

• Implement and monitor cyber-security measures to protect company data and manufacturing systems from cyber threats.

• Support production, quality, warehouse, and engineering teams by resolving IT-related issues promptly and minimizing system downtime.

• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for system implementation, maintenance, and support.

• Develop and maintain IT documentation, system procedures, work instructions, and records in accordance with Quality Management System requirements.

• Participate in internal, customer, and third-party audits by providing IT-related documentation and evidence of compliance.

• Identify opportunities for process automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency.

• Provide user training and technical guidance on IT systems and applications.

Support IT operations, cyber-security and manufacturing systems. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
