• Image Quality Evaluation to determining if a radiograph was exposed correctly by checking density, contrast, and the visibility of Image Quality indicator (IQIs).

• Applying specific industry Codes such as ASME, AWS, or API to decide if a part should be accepted or rejected.

• Preparing clear and concise records of findings, marking areas of repair, and maintaining traceability through weld map.

• Working with QAQC manager, project managers, and engineers to discuss results and recommend corrective actions.

• Liaison with 3rd Party Inspector (TPI), Authorized Inspector (AI) and Client rep.

What we're looking for

1. Formal qualification or certification in radiographic inspection, such as Level 2 or Level 3 certification in accordance with ISO 9712 or equivalent

2. Proven experience in interpreting radiographic images and identifying material defects

3. Strong knowledge of radiographic standards, codes and specifications relevant to the industry

4. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to make accurate judgements based on visual analysis

5. Proficiency in using radiographic inspection equipment and interpretation software
