The Mission

  • Technical Support: Resolve customer inquiries through various channels, providing clear and accurate technical guidance.

  • Testing & Diagnostics: Execute compatibility tests and document findings to ensure seamless app performance across platforms.

  • Problem Resolution: Diagnose software and network-related issues, escalating complex cases to specialized teams when necessary.

  • Knowledge Management: Build and maintain technical FAQs and internal knowledge bases to streamline future troubleshooting.

  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing product reliability and user experience.

How You'll Succeed

  • Proficiency in native mobile coding (Java, Kotlin, Swift) and cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native).

  • Strong analytical skills to root-cause complex software and network-related issues.

  • Experience navigating help desk tools and project management software like Teambition.

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple terms for non-technical users.

  • High level of persistence and determination to resolve technical hurdles in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in English, with an advantage if capable of understanding Mandarin for broader communication.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently on detailed technical reports
