QES Group Of Companies Hiring! Full Time Application Engineer (Based in Selangor) in Selangor - Ricebowl

We are principally involved in manufacturing of optical inspection, measurement & automated handling equipment.

In line with the business expansion, we are currently seeking a motivated candidate to fill up the vacancy of Application Engineer.

General Responsibilities:-

• Work with sales team and customer to determine the business needs and solution.

• Support sales team to deliver product presentation and demonstration on respective product in-charged.

• Confer with external customers and internal engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine customers' requirements professionally.

• Work closely with the internal departments to ensure successful project execution.

• To provide pre-sales support, which included the following:

  • Conduct internal evaluation on provided sample and propose solution to customer.

  • Evaluate vision/handler software and provide enhancement report.

  • Support customer buy-off at customer site.

  • Assist in modifying existing product to improve system performance.

  • Maintain clear and accurate documentations of problems solutions.

• To provide after sales support, which included the following:

  • System set up and installation until the machine buy-off.

  • Provides on-site training to distributors and customers.

  • Communicate customer feedback to design team and make appropriate changes in product design.

  • Address customer queries and issues in a timely manner.

• Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times and streamline work processes.

• Prepare weekly application schedule and weekly activities report.

• Other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:-

• At least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical/Electronic/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Candidate with 1-2 years Application/Project Management experiences in Semiconductor & Mechatronic background is an added advantages.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel local/oversea frequently.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

• Good communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.

• Pleasant personality and able to interact with different level/class of people.
