CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

• Administer and manage post-contract activities for CSA or MEP packages in data center construction projects.

• Monitor and manage contracts and subcontract works including progress claims, payment recommendations, variation orders and final account settlement.

• Conduct site measurements, quantity take-offs and verification of completed works and material requisitions.

• Prepare and evaluate progress claims, invoices and supporting documents for clients, consultants and subcontractors.

• Coordinate with project, site and procurement teams to ensure timely cost control and contract administration.

• Evaluate variation works, prepare cost comparisons and support commercial negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.

• Manage subcontractor claims, contractual correspondences and project documentation in compliance with project requirements.

• Ensure proper record keeping and contract documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.

• Minimum 3–5 years of post-contract QS experience in building or construction projects.

• Experience in data center construction projects will be an added advantage.

• Experience handling CSA or MEP packages is preferred.

• Good knowledge in contract administration, progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.

• Familiar with site measurement, costing and subcontractor claim evaluation.

• Good communication and coordination skills with consultants, subcontractors and project teams.

• Willing to be based at Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
