Responsibilities

As a Process Engineer, you’ll drive process improvements, support new system implementations, and ensure manufacturing excellence through engineering analysis, CNC capability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesImprove and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, and workflow
Support PPAP documentation, FTF measurement, and process validation activities
Review and refine product designs for manufacturability and cost reduction
Conduct engineering inspections and ensure compliance with IATF 16949/VDA standards
Analyze process data and drive CI/Kaizen initiatives
Manage project activities and coordinate with suppliers/subcontractors
Support product development and solution testing
Collaborate with internal teams to solve problems and enhance productivity
Ensure adherence to company HSE policies and safe work practices
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
3–6 years in automotive manufacturing
Familiar with IATF 16949 or VDA standards
Experience in continuous improvement / Kaizen & cost‑saving activities
Comfortable working under tight deadlines and presenting to management & customers
Automotive customer exposure preferred
Able to read/write CNC programming (G‑code/M‑code)
Skilled in CNC lathe and milling operations
Proficient in reading engineering drawings & GD&T
Experience with PLC (Siemens/Fanuc) preferred
Exposure to induction hardening (advantage)
Familiar with SPC tools and measurement instruments
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks or equivalent)
Minitab (added advantage)
