Finance Executive (Full Set Accounts)
Johor Bahru, Malaysia
Salary: RM7,000 – RM9,000 (depending on experience)

We are a Singapore-based employment agency specializing in overseas recruitment solutions for companies in Singapore. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team in Johor Bahru.

• Handle full set of accounts independently

• Manage monthly accounting transactions and bank reconciliations

• Prepare financial reports, statements, and settlement records

• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Assist in payroll processing and operational finance matters

• Liaise with internal departments on financial documentation and processes

• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and compliance with accounting standards and regulations

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience handling full set accounts

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Familiar with Xero accounting software (preferred)

• Strong attention to detail, responsible, and able to meet deadlines

• Experience in recruitment, agency, or service industry will be an added advantage
