Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Scope

  • Provide administrative support for the daily operations of the company.

  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate company records and documentation.

  • Organize and manage office files, purchasing records, invoices, and supplier information.

  • Purchase office supplies and coordinate general company procurement.

  • Receive and process invoices from local and overseas suppliers, update records for payment, and submit for internal department verification.

  • Track purchase orders, delivery status, and follow up on pending items.

  • Prepare simple reports, trackers, and administrative documents for management.

  • Assist in coordinating office matters and general administrative duties.

  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in office administration, office operations, facilities management, or a similar role.

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized.

  • Strong follow-up and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Able to communicate with our diverse client base in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Having procurement and purchasing experience will be an added advantage.
