Responsibilities
Docu Arch is a technology solution provider specialising in Healthcare IT, Document Management System (DMS), Smart Hospital solutions, and digital transformation projects.
We are looking for a proactive and organised Assistant Project Manager (Digital Solutions) to support project delivery, customer coordination, internal process improvement, and solution documentation activities.
Responsibilities
Support Project Manager in managing customer projects and internal activities.
Arrange project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, action items, and presentation slides.
Coordinate with customers, technical teams, vendors, and internal departments.
Prepare project documentation including:
Project schedules
Implementation plans
UAT documents
Training materials
Go-Live and handover documents
After-sales contracts and agreements
Assist in preparing:
System flowcharts
Business process flows
Implementation workflows
Solution documentation
Support project tracking, issue follow-up, and customer communication.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in IT, Business, Project Management, or related field.
2–4 years experience in project coordination, software implementation, or related roles.
Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience in healthcare IT, software solutions, DMS, ERP, or system integration is an advantage.
Able to work with multiple teams and manage priorities.
