Review and evaluate engineering designs, technical proposals, and drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.

Manage project execution within the assigned area, including quality control, schedule coordination, cost management, and safety compliance to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Oversee the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility systems, including:

• HVAC and air-conditioning systems

• Dehumidification systems

• CDA (Clean Dry Air) systems

• Vacuum systems

• Electrical and utility systems

Monitor and optimize energy consumption by developing and implementing energy-saving strategies to improve facility efficiency.

Manage facility operation and maintenance activities to ensure stable plant operations, reliability, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Lead technical improvement projects, facility upgrades, and small-scale engineering projects from planning through execution.

Supervise and support regional maintenance technicians, including technical training and development.

Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including SOPs, MOPs, system manuals, and maintenance procedures for HVAC, power, and electrical systems.

Provide technical guidance and coordination to ensure continuous improvement of facility performance.

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, HVAC, Facilities Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial plant engineering, facility management, construction projects, or maintenance operations.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:

• HVAC systems

• Electrical power systems

• Water supply and drainage systems

• Process piping systems

• Industrial facility operations and maintenance

Experience in industrial plant planning, design review, project execution, and construction management.

Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.

Good understanding of facility system operation principles, maintenance practices, and engineering standards.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, coordination, and project management skills.

Good sense of responsibility, service-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
