About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Officer to join the team at SOUTHERN MEDICARE SDN. BHD.'. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing end-user IT support and maintaining the company's technology infrastructure at our Hospital in Klang, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting wide range of IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, software, and peripherals

• Monitoring and maintaining the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and servers

• Implementing security measures to protect the company's data and systems

• Documenting IT processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technology-related problems

• Providing training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of IT systems and applications

• Liaise with external vendor for any technical changes or new implementation project

What we're looking for

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar IT support role

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues

• Proficient in the use of computer hardware, software, and networking technologies

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset

• Able to commit and complete task within
