About Us MBond Manufacturer Sdn Bhd is a well-established manufacturer specialising in Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) products, serving clients across the construction and architecture industries. Based in Puchong, Selangor, our team is driven by quality, reliability, and strong client partnerships.

About the Role We are looking for a proactive Creative Marketing Executive to work closely with cross-functional team to establish and maintain all marketing efforts outreach, and manage on-ground, offline and digital platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. BRAND MANAGEMENT & CONSISTENCY

Build and protect our brand identity across all touchpoints.

·        Update, maintain and enforce brand guidelines across the company.

·        Ensure consistent identity, positioning, messaging and tone of voice across all online and offline channels.

·        Provide all marketing materials and collaterals in accurate details, high quality and brand compliance.

2. CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT (OFFLINE AND DIGITAL)

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

·        Plan, develop, implement, execute and support both online and office marketing campaigns and public relations (PR) work that match business priorities.

·        Be sensitive and flexible in proposing marketing plans with objective, purposes, opportunities, expected results and back-up plans.

3. CONTENT CREATIONS & MANAGEMENT

Manage artwork, copywriting and keywords to improve visibility.

·        Develop marketing and branding collaterals (presentation slides, brochures, pamphlets, buntings, catalogues, banners and others) including Point of Sale Materials (POSM) to clearly communicate the design intent of each campaign.

·        Use industry keywords and follow company direction to optimize campaign results by managing content including artwork design, copywriting and content writing.

·        Content conceptual framework, creation, ideation, artworks design and videos for website and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok)

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years’ experience in Marketing role with proactive and positive minded

• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Capcut, Microsoft Office

• Strong coordination and communication skills, problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced sales environment

• High sense of urgency, accountability and attention to detail

• Positive attitude, team player and able to work independently
