Wawasan Agrolipids Hiring! Full Time Trainee - Assistant Engineer in Johor - Ricebowl

- Assist in leading and managing a team of supervisor, operators, general workers to ensure smooth daily plant operation in shift.

- Responsible for the workers safety and health, performance, skills and competencies level, attendances and disciplinary issues.

- Assist in the review on the effectiveness of the existing SOP and enforce the SOP for each and every process of the plant operation.

- Assist to enforce the feed safety and security procedures related to plant operation in compliances to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standard and US Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT).

- Work with various departments to ensure production schedules are meet.

- Assist in implementing continuous improvement projects to improve productivity and product quality, safety and working environment.

- Assit in optimizing processes and minimizing waste to reduce production costs.

- Assist to improve work safety and ensure workplace cleanliness (5S)

- Assist to verify and maintain manufacturing documents and reports related to plant operation to ensure their accuracy.

- Involve in monthly stock take and prepare reports for Finance department.

- Arrange for workers duty roster and submission of overtime record to HR department for computation of monthly salary.
