Job Description:

• Operate and monitor operation equipment efficiently as per operation schedule and follow supervisor instructions to ensure timely and accurate output.

• Ensure all operation activities are performed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and health and safety guidelines.

• Adhere to all relevant standards including HACCP, GMP+B2, and internal quality protocols to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance.

• Perform tasks assigned to operations as per a standard task list including field checks, equipment preparation, troubleshooting tasks, routine equipment cleaning and assist with setup/changeover activities.

• Accurately record operation data and any process deviations or abnormalities. Promptly report issues to the supervisor.

• Support material and waste handling activities, including stock take, preparation and proper disposal.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work place in line with daily line housekeeping (5S standards).

• Participate in company activities pertaining to training, employee activity, firefighting, safety and health.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or technical certificate preferred.

• At least 2 years of related operation experience. (training will be given if needed)

• Prior experience in factory or plant operation (chemical, food, palm oil, or manufacturing industry) is an added advantage.

• Familiarity with barcode inventory systems.

• Understanding of workplace safety practices and the ability to wear and work with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Good problem-solving skills and ability to make quick adjustments.

Physically fit and able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
