The position is based in our KL Office in Malaysia.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Management, or related field.
5–8 years of hands-on experience as a Secretary or related function in an administrative capacity
Skills & Competencies
Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate various priorities and tight schedules.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management systems.
Ability to coordinate meetings involving internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and other external parties.
Proactive, resourceful, with adaptability to meet ad-hoc job demands
