We are looking for a hands‑on Field Specialist to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial gas customer stations in Johor. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy site work, technical problem‑solving and working directly with customers.

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of bulk liquid, microbulk and packaged gas customer stations

• Support equipment installation, piping & skid fabrication, system commissioning, and customer projects

• Troubleshoot major maintenance issues, telemetry systems, leaks, and pressurised piping defects

• Coordinate and supervise contractors during on‑site works

• Ensure compliance with EH&S standards, site safety and proper field documentation

• Travel frequently to customer sites in Johor (standby/on‑call support required)

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 5-8 years of hands‑on field experience, preferably from industrial gas, heavy industrial, sub-contractor or O&G (multiple on‑site service environments).

• Strong maintenance, site work, and troubleshooting experience (non‑factory based).

• Experience coordinating or supervising contractors on site.

• Good command of English (spoken and written).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Welding or basic electrical skills are an added advantage.

• Comfortable with frequent multiple field work (60–70%) and travelling on short notice.
