Job Description

1. Junior IT Technical Support in Selangor, and Nationwide.

2. Onsite technical troubleshoot End User Computer (HW/SW).

3. Technical escalation handling and Ticket status update update (live).

4. Microsoft Cloud application support.

5. Security End Point application support.

6. Reinstall applications for customer and perform encrypted data restoration.

7. Assist on Network wireless AP and switches hand and eye troubleshooting.

8. IT Project, Migration and outstation traveling (if any).

Background

1. Diploma in IT related.

2. Good in English (Read/Write/Speaking).

3. Prefer One (1) year IT Technical hands on experience.

4. Good attendance and punctuality to work.

5. Time management on appointment time given by client.

6. Pro-active follow up and provide workaround solutions to client.

7. This job require own transportation.

8. Willing to travel outstation for project purposes.
