About the role

NSEC Precision Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and organised Sales Coordinator Exec to join our team in Jelutong, Penang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our client and sales operations.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating and managing all administrative tasks related to client and sales activities

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and database

• Preparing and processing client invoices, purchase orders, and other sales documents

• Providing exceptional customer service by handling client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner

• Assisting with the organisation and coordination of client meetings and events

• Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or client-facing role, preferably within the manufacturing or engineering industry

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook

• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

• Collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude
