• Construct and execute long-term operational blueprints designed to mirror and support overarching corporate objectives.
• Orchestrate all phases of the construction and development lifecycle to secure timely completions within established fiscal limits.
• Direct the compilation of regulatory dossiers and maintain positive liaisons with civic planning departments to secure necessary building clearances.
• Administer divisional financial health through precise cash flow monitoring, asset valuations, and capital yield assessments.
• Preside over technical coordination forums alongside external consultants, designers, and site contractors to resolve emerging structural obstacles.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience within the property development industry, proven track record in a senior management capacity.
• Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering.
