Key Responsibilities

• Drive production improvement initiatives and manage day-to-day maintenance and production operations, working both independently and in a supervisory capacity.

• Prepare and maintain KPI reports and operational documentation relevant to production and maintenance functions.

• Develop and uphold documentation in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality and environmental management standards.

• Manage supplier relationships and carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned by Senior Executives and Management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory-based environment.

• Hands-on experience in basic electrical work and general maintenance, with a production operations background.

• Experience in small and medium enterprises (SMEs); prior exposure to Tier 1 suppliers serving multinational companies is an added advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SQL software is an advantage.

• Sound knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems — both are mandatory.

• Minimum qualification of a Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field.
