We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to support our digital marketing team in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and assisting in campaign execution. This role offers hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating, editing, and scheduling social media content including images, captions, and basic videos in line with the content plan (3–5 posts per week).

• Support daily management of social media platforms and ensure timely posting according to schedule.

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and engagement activities under supervision within 24 hours.

• Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns and promotions, ensuring deadlines are met.

• Research trending topics, hashtags, and generate at least 5 content ideas per week.

• Assist in tracking social media performance and preparing basic reports (reach, engagement, followers) on a weekly or monthly basis.

• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistent tone of voice.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.

• Basic understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

• Familiar with basic content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar applications.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
