About the role
You'll be a key member of Oracle's Data Centre operations team, supporting the installation, maintenance, and optimisation of production server hardware and software. Reporting to the DC Operations Manager, you'll collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver timely, reliable technical solutions in a 24/7 environment.

Duties

• Install, monitor, maintain, and optimise production server hardware and software

• Triage and troubleshoot incoming incidents to support DC operations

• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues

• Maintain and improve adherence to operational processes

• Work on a rotating shift roster, including on-call responsibilities

Skills & experience

• 3+ years experience in a Data Centre environment

• Strong background in Linux

• Knowledge of DC ecosystem — cooling, electrical, networking, and cabling

• Proven ability to triage and resolve incidents efficiently

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
