About the Role

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Product Executives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with products, suppliers, inventory planning, and sales analysis. You will work closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to support product planning, purchasing, inventory management, and business growth.

Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and a passion for product management are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Product Managers in managing assigned product categories and brands.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure sufficient stock availability.

• Support merchandise planning to maintain a smooth supply flow and minimize stock shortages or overstock situations.

• Liaise with suppliers, principals, and business partners on product-related matters and operational issues.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while actively sourcing and evaluating new suppliers.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other departments during new product launches and promotional activities.

• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and consumer buying behavior to identify growth opportunities.

• Prepare reports, forecasts, and recommendations to support business decisions.

• Propose and support the execution of product promotions, campaigns, and sales strategies.

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, or related fields.

• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in Purchasing, Product Management, Merchandising, Inventory Planning, Retail Operations, or related fields.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Candidates with a Finance background and strong analytical skills are welcomed.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience in inventory management, purchasing, or retail operations is an added advantage.

• Ability to converse in Mandarin and English will be an added advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and business partners.
