The Bread Baker will assist in preparing the baked products (mainly sourdough) while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality.

• Handles proofer and oven sections. (Main responsibility)

• Assist in the preparation work (eg shaping, egg spray etc) as instructed

• Prepare ingredients including retrieving from storage, weighing and portioning, and storage matters. 

• Mixing the ingredients and bring out the dough from mixer for next step.

• Moulding and shaping the dough.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sections and factory including the storage area. 

• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and adherence to food safety standards.

• Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

• Moves products from production lines into storage and shipping areas.

• Preparation work for packing and perform packing duties.

Minimum Requirements

• Possesses at least 2 years of experience in Bakery, handling oven duties

• Ensures good communication with superiors.

• Be able to work well independently and to work in a team environment.

• Able to carry the trays which weighs between 2-5kg.

• Work from Mondays to Saturdays.
