In light of our rapid expansion, we are looking for a suitable candidate to join us as a sales representative. 

• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing accounts, including hotels, cafés, restaurants, wholesalers, and factories.

• Develop new sales channels and manage relationships with existing distributors to ensure effective product distribution.

• Formulate and execute business development strategies to support company growth in both existing and new markets.

• Conduct market research to understand consumer behaviour, competitor activity, and industry trends to support strategic decision-making.

• Work closely with Logistics and Operations teams to streamline processes, optimize inventory management, and ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.

• Prepare monthly sales reports, including performance tracking, key trends, target updates, and analysis to improve sales effectiveness.

• Continuously improve sales processes, customer satisfaction, and sales planning. Monitor payment collections and propose solutions to ensure timely payments.

• Identify new market opportunities and provide regular feedback and insights to management.

• Undertake any other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

What do we need from you?

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales or business development.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Willing to travel and work beyond normal working hours when required.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility and target orientation.
