Responsible for the procurement of raw and waste materials required for production, ensuring timely delivery and material availability.

Monitor supplier delivery performance and handle delays, shortages, or quality issues to avoid production disruption.

Manage and control inventory levels, including slow-moving and obsolete materials handling.

Perform invoice verification, reconciliation, and ensure alignment with purchase orders.

Support supplier quality management activities together with the relevant departments.

Maintain and update ERP purchasing data, continuously enhancing system accuracy and efficiency.

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Minimum 2 years & above of purchasing experience in a manufacturing/construction environment.

Familiar with ERP/MRP systems and procurement processes.

Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.

Proficiency in Mandarin and English is an added advantage for effectively communicating with suppliers in China.
