Temporary Merchandiser (Sweater)(Ref# 068574)

Responsibilities

• Report to Merchandising Manager and handling garment product for Italy market

• Ability to resolve all aspects of problems from sourcing, product development, price negotiation, sampling, production till shipment in efficient and effective manner that implementing the merchandising strategies

• Build & maintain effective and good business partnership with vendors and act as a bridge to headquarter

• Monitor vendors performance, develop & initiate corrective actions when required

• Lead a small team to perform daily operation ensuring the quality and delivery performance as requirements

Requirement

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in garment merchandising

• Experience in Children's wear is preferable

• Working experience in sizable buying office or trading company is a definite advantage

• Fully confidence in resolving complex issues and challenging situations

• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

• Self-motivator to drive results with proven business and financial acumen

• Strong leadership, coaching and organizing skill, energetic, positive attitude and workload management

• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

• Proficiency in computer software of Microsoft office
