Costing & Data Coordination Trainee (Garment)(Ref# 067675)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain cost sheets, collaborating with cross functional stakeholders to gather necessary accurate data for costing

• Conduct detailed cost analysis of garments, including materials, labour and logistics

• Maintain and update cost databases and documentation and support the enhancement of the costing system

• Prepare reports and dashboards for internal reviews and client meetings, and participant in cost negotiation processes

• Monitor order changes, raw material inventory, and liabilities with clear and organized records  

• Assist in product development

• Assist in market research in brand trends and customer analysis

• Support ad-hoc analysis tasks or special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Form 7 or above

• 1 year or above hands-on business or data analytics experience is preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, pivot table, power query, and knowledge of VBA, SQL, PLM is a plus

• Strong analytical and numerical skills; attention to detail is a must

• Good communication skills in Mandarin, English, Cantonese

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Passionate about fashion, apparel production, and data analysis

• Fresh graduates are also welcome for Analyst Trainee position

• Immediately available is preferred
