What you’ll do

- Support HCM implementation projects throughout different project stages

- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and HR processes

- Assist in translating business requirements into HCM solutions

- Configure, test and support HCM systems with guidance

- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth system implementation and integration

- Prepare project documentation and support user acceptance testing

- Provide user training and post-implementation support

- Build positive relationships with clients and deliver excellent customer service

What you’ll need

- Bachelor’s Degree / Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in HR, IT, Business or related disciplines

- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant working experience are welcome to apply

- Strong interest in HR technology, digital transformation and business analysis

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in working with clients and stakeholders

- Good analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills

- Knowledge of HRIS/HCM solutions such as Oracle, PeopleSoft or Workday is an advantage

- Self-motivated, organized and a strong team player

- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
