We are currently seeking young and energetic talents to join our team:

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage individual and corporate business accounts ad-hoc business programs and activities

• Educate client to adopt eMPF digital tools

• Oversee clients' eMPF progress status, including new account onboarding, investment directives, asset planning, contributions, and response client inquiries when needed

• Support the eMPF administration process for clients

• Prepare and present meeting materials for clients

• Provide information to clients involved on eMPF, ORSO and group benefits (e.g. Group Medical)

• Optimize client satisfaction through customer service, providing advice about related products and services

• Perform services according to company rules and relevant regulatory requirements

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (year 3 and 4 students welcome), Master’s degree is preferred

• Strong interest in wealth management, financial planning, and business consulting

• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
