Job Duties:

  • Assist in monitoring network performance, identifying issues, and escalating incidents to senior staff.
  • Provide first‑line support for network problems, documenting resolutions and learning from senior engineers.
  • Help configure routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi‑Fi devices under supervision.
  • Maintain accurate records of network changes, incidents, and update

Job Requirement:

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 1-3 years' experience in network support 
  • Hands-on experience in TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network security concepts.
  • Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments and common networking tools.
