Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Arts, Event/Cultural Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the cultural or arts sector, with at least 1 year as a team leader.

Proven track record of successfully managing and developing cultural programmes, with significant leadership responsibilities.

Excellent command of English, Putonghua and Cantonese, both written and spoken.

Strong proposal-writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and secure funding for cultural initiatives.

Extensive network and connections within the local arts scene, production companies, government agencies and sponsors.

In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong's cultural landscape, including familiarity with local arts organizations, venues and funding opportunities.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans for cultural development.

Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Passion for the arts and a strong commitment to youth development and community engagement.

Interested candidates are advised to submit a portfolio of past projects in which they had a significant leading role.

The portfolio should include information about the scale, content, budget and other relevant attributes of each project.
