About Our Client

A leading trading and manufacturing company of consumer electronic products for Japan and EEC market.

Requirements

• University graduate in Accountancy

• 4-5 years working experience in handling full set of accounts

• Solid experience in financial reporting and intercompany transactions

• Experience in month-end and year-end closing with trading background

• Detail-minded, energetic, well-organized, initiative with proactive attitude

• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, preferably with knowledge of SAP

• Good communication of both spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus

• Immediate available would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day financial accounting functions and full set of accounts

• Assist in managing AP, AR and intercompany transactions & reconciliations

• Prepare monthly & quarterly financial statements and management reports

• Monitor the smooth financial accounting operations with overseas and PRC offices

• Handle month-end and year-end closing including journal entries and reconciliations

• Maintain accounting system and support on annual auditing and taxation matters
