We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-driven Part-Time Personal Assistant to provide strong administrative, scheduling, and outreach support. This role suits someone who is organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks confidently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Schedule Management: Manage calendars and appointments, respond to meeting invitations, and help prioritise key tasks.
Appointment Setting : Conduct outreach to generate and secure appointments for team members, including follow-ups and confirmations.
Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to support leadership and operational needs.
Research & Preparation: Conduct research and prepare relevant business information, reports as required to support decision-making.
Coordination & Follow-Ups: Liaise with internal team members and stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination, timely follow-ups, and accurate documentation.
Requirements
Education: Tertiary qualification (Local Diploma / A-Levels or higher).
Strong Multitasking Skills: Able to handle multiple workstreams with good judgement and clear communication.
Independent & Proactive: Comfortable working with minimal supervision; strong sense of ownership and initiative.
Planning & Communication: Well-organised with strong written and verbal communication skills (including phone etiquette and confidence speaking to new contacts).
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
