The ideal candidate comes from a telecommunications company or consulting firm and has successfully led training and user enablement for large-scale technology transformation projects. They have experience developing training strategies, facilitating workshops, creating learning content, and engaging business stakeholders. Exposure to Organizational Change Management (OCM), change communications, and business readiness is highly desirable but not mandatory. Candidates who have supported OSS/BSS, CRM, ERP, customer service, billing, or digital transformation programs within the telecom sector will be particularly well suited for this role.

Mandatory skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or User Enablement.
• Experience delivering enterprise-wide training programs.
• Experience supporting large business or digital transformation initiatives.
• Telecommunications industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience conducting workshops and facilitating training sessions.
• Experience developing training materials and learning content.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.
