Seriously Addictive Mathematics (S.A.M) is the largest Singapore Math enrichment programme in the world for children aged 4 to 12, with presence in more than 20 countries and counting.

S.A.M Downtown East is currently looking for Full-Time Primary Math Tutors who are able to teach students from Primary 1 up to Primary 6.

Location(s): Pasir Ris (Singapore 519599)

Working days: 5-day work week

4 weekdays + 1 weekend OR 3 weekdays + 2 weekends

Weekdays 1pm to 9pm

Weekends 9.45am to 6pm

Duties:

• Conduct regular Math classes for P1 to P6 students.
• Planning of lesson plans, class schedules and marking of homework.
• Take charge of liaison with parents to optimise parent and Centre relationships at all times.
• Any other adhoc duties and responsibilities assigned by Management relevant to centre operations and Teaching Curriculum.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• Competent in Primary School Mathematics Syllabus and able to teach Upper Primary Math.
• Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Cheerful and passionate to teach and coach young children aged 4-12.
• Must be responsible and have a positive attitude.
• At least 1 year of teaching experience (Singapore MOE syllabus)
• Able to commit at least 1 year.
• Ability to teach Secondary Math is an advantage
• Open to travelling between centres
