Hana Film is hiring! We are a self-photo booth studio looking for an Operations Executive to take charge of our day-to-day operations and keep everything running seamlessly

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Attend to customers on-site and create a warm, approachable experience

Provide assistance with photo booth usage when needed

Ensure the studio is well-stocked (e.g. photo paper, plastic sleeves, etc.)

Maintain cleanliness and overall upkeep of the space

Pack and organise props after use

Monitor equipment and flag any issues promptly

Support daily operations and handle ad-hoc tasks when required

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:

Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented

Responsible and able to work independently

Detail-oriented with a good sense of upkeep and organisation

Comfortable interacting with customers

Able to commit to retail hours (including weekends and public holidays)
