Who We Are Looking For?

As Marketing Executive, he/she will be responsible for providing support to the Marketing department in areas of Advertising & Promotions, Character Licensing, and Brand Marketing.

What Awaits You:

> Assist in a diverse areas of O+O marketing communications efforts including:

• Advertising & Promotions
• Propose and work on designs for licensed products and premiums
• Collaterals/ In-store POS materials
• Brand Awareness
• Digital/ Social/ New media - Facebook (FB), Instagram (IG), Instagram Stories (IGS), YouTube (YT), and TikTok.)
• Media Relations/ Publicity
• Event management and roadshows
• Community Engagement and Outreach
• Working with partners and sponsors

> Collaborate with internal and external teams, and support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and activities

> Perform any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned

> Provide administrative support to the marketing team

We Are Excited About You If You Have:

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
• Experience (if any) from related industries such as FMCG, health & beauty preferred
• Excellent command of English; both written and spoken
• Proactive, independent, and a self-starter
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Ability to interact well with people from diverse cultures
• Team player
• Proficient in Words, Excel and PowerPoint
• Social media savvy (Facebook, Instagram etc.) and digitally-inclined
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to think creatively and spontaneously
• Proactive and strong in multitasking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
