Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore (HMGICS) Hiring! Full Time Procurement Specialist in - Ricebowl

This position is responsible for purchasing of indirect materials for the manufacturing plant in a timely and cost efficient manner.

• Manage the end to end procurement activities for indirect purchase categories i.e Office supplies, equipment purchase, MRO, facility management, subsidiary material and etc.
• Review, discuss and negotiate the contract clauses with supplier for the best interest of company.  
• Conduct spend analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure the delivery on time and arrange the shipment delivery based on incoterm.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide appropriate solutions in line with business objectives / strategies.
• Track and report on procurement KPIs and performance metrics.
• Participate in any procurement related activities as assigned by HoD.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in indirect procurement
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and drive cost savings
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools (e.g. SAP)
