Full Time QAQC Supervisor Jobs, salary up to SGD 4,000 in CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (Singapore Branch) - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Technical Review & Method Statements: Evaluate and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), and method statements for the Arena's massive long-span structural steel roof and seating tiers.
• Steel Fabrication & Site Inspection: Perform rigorous inspections of incoming structural steel components, verifying mill certificates, dimensional tolerances, and geometric alignments of the prefabricated arena trusses.
• Welding, NDT, & Structural Testing: Witness and document critical steel connections, including visual welding inspections, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT like UT, MPI, and RT), and high-strength bolting torque verifications.
• Defect Control & Non-Conformance (NCR): Identify fabrication or erection defects, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and supervise the rectification, re-testing, and sign-off of compromised steel elements or welds.
• BCA Compliance & Handover Logistics: Conduct quality audits to meet Singapore BCA CONQUAS and structural safety standards, while progressively compiling comprehensive steel material traceability logs and test records for project handover.
• Any other duties assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering qualification and is registered as a Singapore BCA Certified QM/CONQUAS Supervisor.
• Possesses 5 to 8 years of QA/QC experience managing long-span steel roofs, heavy trusses, or stadium-tier projects.
• Strong communication skills to enforce Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) with the physical fitness required for high-altitude steel inspections.
• Working location: West, and will move to Bayfront site office when ready.
