Responsibilities:

• Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of logistics staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company standards.
• Assign tasks to logistics team members, ensuring proper coverage and efficient workload distribution.
• Manage daily logistics operations, which include inventory control, transportation, order fulfilment, and shipment tracking.
• Guarantee the timely and accurate delivery of goods to both customers and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in logistics processes, aiming to streamline workflows, reduce delays, and maximize resource efficiency.
• Work closely with teams such as customer service, procurement, and warehouse management to facilitate smooth operations and quickly resolve any logistical challenges.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving operational issues or obstacles that arise during logistics activities.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels, proper storage, and avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
• Ensure that all logistics processes are in full compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff
• Proficient in computer skills i.e.. MS Office, Excel, SAP and WMS
• Good Team Player
