Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Takaful Consultants. In this role, you will help individuals and families identify their financial protection needs and recommend suitable Takaful solutions. Whether you have experience in sales or are new to the industry, comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with prospective clients to understand their financial goals and protection needs.
  • Recommend suitable Takaful plans based on clients' requirements.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Provide professional after-sales service and policy reviews.
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, and marketing activities.
  • Stay updated on Takaful products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Achieve individual sales and performance targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree (or equivalent).
  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to learn.
  • Sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
