Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, sales forecasts, and inventory requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to meet delivery commitments.
• Plan and control material requirements to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Track production output and resolve scheduling issues to minimize downtime.
• Prepare and update production planning reports, capacity utilization reports, and delivery status reports.
• Liaise with customers and internal departments regarding order status and delivery schedules.
• ensure production plans are aligned with machine capacity, manpower, and material availability.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Production Planning, Material Planning, or Supply Chain Planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Plastic Injection Moulding manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with MRP/ERP systems and production scheduling.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and on-time delivery performance.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
